Take a Sneak Peek at the New Pier Sixty-Six

Grab a Hard Hat and Take the Tour with WPLG’s Saira Anwer

Construction has progressed rapidly since mid-September (above). Saira Anwer of  WPLG’s Local 10 News Miami / Fort Lauderdale stopped by Pier Sixty-Six to see for herself. Have a look at what she found.

Chris Gandolfo, Senior Vice President of Development for Tavistock Development, was happy to show Saira around the 32-acre enclave beside the superyacht marina. He revealed the philosophy behind the new Pier Sixty-Six Resort and Residences, opening in 2024.

“Now you have this concept of work, play, live, experience – a complete resort lifestyle,” says Chris. Pier Sixty-Six will feature 2.5 acres of swimming pools, lush landscaping, a waterfront promenade with enticing shops, plus 12 exciting restaurants and lounges featuring inventive menus, carefully curated wine lists, and signature cocktails from expert mixologists. Chris is eager to see “how the residences interact with the marina, how the marina interacts with the hotel, how the commercial space and the public promenade all work together.”

Thank you again, Saira, for your visit. We’d love to welcome you back once the residents have moved in, and the swimming pools, restaurants, lounges, and resort are open, so you can try the complete Pier Sixty-Six experience.

Azul, the premier condominium residence building (above right) is now accepting contracts on 31 exclusive homes – each with a private plunge pool on the terrace. Have a look inside (before they’re all taken).
